Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight Policy
When it comes to shipping items that weigh over 100 lbs or have unusual dimensions, we utilize truck freight services for deliveries within the continental US and into Canada. We work with different trucking companies and use our own account to handle these shipments. If you prefer, you can also provide your own account details and have the charges billed to you directly.
Please note that in all cases, you are responsible for the freight charges and any associated brokerage or customs fees, unless otherwise specified on your invoice. We want to ensure transparency and make sure you are aware of these costs upfront.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

HOW DO YOU HANDLES RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS?
Return Policy
At oparts, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our parts. We offer a 30-day return policy for all parts, unless otherwise specified. Please note that different parts may come with different warranty terms.
Some parts are sold “as is,” which means they do not come with a warranty. On the other hand, new or rebuilt parts may have longer warranties. It’s important to review the specific warranty details for each part.
In all cases of returns, we cannot accept products that have been used or damaged by the customer. If you receive the wrong part due to incorrect information provided by you, and the product remains unused and undamaged, we will accept the return within 30 days. However, please note that freight costs and potential restocking fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If we have sent you the wrong part due to our own mistake in parts lookup or a warehouse mix-up, we will refund you the full cost of the parts and freight within 30 days, provided that the parts have not been used or damaged during attempted installation. Please note that returning electrical parts may be subject to higher restocking fees or may not be eligible for a refund if an installation error causes damage to the part.
It’s important to understand that oparts will not be responsible for any labor costs or consequential damages resulting from forcing an installation of an incorrect part.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PARCELS?
At oparts, we offer convenient shipping options for parcels weighing under 100 lbs. We utilize trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery. These shipments are processed through our account, and we charge no markup on the freight cost. Rest assured that we have negotiated heavy discounts with the major carriers, which saves you money as opposed to shipping it yourself.
If you prefer to use your own shipping account, simply let us know when placing your order, and we will accommodate your request.
Please note that all radiators will be shipped via truck freight to minimize the risk of damage during transit. This ensures that your radiator arrives in excellent condition.
